Financial Management
I tailor my services around your needs.
In my twenties a fellow named Geofrey would hand me a shoebox filled with scrappy little receipts and from those receipts, bank and credit card statements, I would put together the data necessary for his tax returns. I used file folders, scotch tape, and ledger paper. Fast forward, for the last dozen years plus, I’ve used QuickBooks Online for Geofrey. Every capital improvement for every property is noted on the balance sheet. Every mortgage, sale and purchase of real estate, refinance, etc. has been tracked.
All bank accounts and credit cards are linked to his QuickBooks Online file.
Geofrey loves what he does professionally and finds great pleasure in his work. He doesn’t want to be bogged down in day to day administrative or financial detail. I pay all of his bills, I’ve applied for several home loans and lines of credit on his behalf. I also serve as his project manager and I’m his go to person for many other aspects of his estate.
In November early December of each year I bring his CPA and Financial Manager in the loop for advice.
This is one scenario of what financial management might look like.
