"I highly recommend Liz! I co-own a small business (film & media), and Liz changed my life, or at least the financial aspect of the work: From helping out keeping Quickbooks clean and simple, to recommend our CPA, and for making this process easy, and dare I say - fun. She listens, which is not to be overlooked, and she makes me laugh every single time we talk. In short - she's your person."

Bill Payment

The beginning of our working relationship is an exploration with you to assess what your needs are. I work with you to map your financial story. This is done partly through conversation and partly through reviewing documentation of your financial history.

Your map provides me with the knowledge I need to provide you with excellent service.
An important aspect of managing your day-to-day finances is knowing how much comes in and how much goes out each month, and what month’s of the year require additional cash to cover seasonal expenses. This is all part of the mapping project.

The devil IS in the details.

In terms of my paying bills on your behalf there are several ways for me to do that.
The first thing is to determine what’s due and when it’s due.

How do I receive all the bills?
There are many possibilities and usually it's a combination of these possibilities that makes it work.
I obtain online access to mortgage and utility and other companies

       • My email address is linked to your service providers so their bills come to my attention
       • Pre-addressed envelopes are provided for you to mail me paperwork
       • Recommended: Owning a Fujitsu Scan-Snap or other high-quality scanner

How do I create your financial map?

• Data might be accessed from a software you've used or it might be from a full year of downloaded bank and credit card data. This data is then sorted and coded into regular
recurring, seasonal payments or other payments.
• Lists of service providers, real estate owned, trusts, other

How do I pay your bills?
Options are:

• Automating all regular recurring payments (mortgages, utility companies, lease payments, memberships etc)
• Online bill payment
• Check issuance
• Automating credit card payments in full or a minimum predetermined amount to ensure the payment comes in on time with a payment in full later
• Payroll for household or business employees through Homecare or Gusto payroll service

95% of the people I work with have a QuickBooks Online account. There is a fee for that and I extend my wholesale rate to my clients. You receive a monthly reporting from me. The report includes a narrative, a Cash Flow Statement, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet. Additional reports can be generated per your request.
